Q. What about blueprints and permits?
A. Anthony James Construction is a knowledgeable, full-service company. We provide everything necessary for all our construction projects.
Q. How long will the job take?
A. Under normal circumstances a finished room addition takes six to eight weeks, a kitchen renovation takes 2 weeks, and our new home construction takes approximately four months. We provide accurate start and finish dates for every project.
Q. Will we need a variance?
A. In most cases... No. If you’re concerned, our local representative will be familiar with your local codes, and will provide an answer before we start.
Q. Is there a way to save money?
A. Do-it-yourselfers can save money with Anthony James’ “Shell Package.” We will provide complete exterior construction with all major alterations and interior partitions.
Q. What about matching new additions to the existing house?
A. One of Anthony James’ main concerns is to match your home architecturally and structurally. So, when the job is finished, your addition or alteration isn’t completely obvious to your neighbors.
Q. Do you provide any references?
A. We would be happy to provide as many local references as requested. We also encourage you to go and see examples of our uncompromising workmanship.

A. Yes, we have a great reputation for exceptional designs and can provide the Blueprints necessary for construction.

A. Exclusive to the area, a 5 year limited warranty.

A. We offer all of our customers access to a great tool called BuilderTrend (BuilderTrend should be an anchor text link to the builder trend site) which helps provide our customers with up to date information on their project. Communication is the key to our success!
Q. Are you fully insured?
A. Yes, we have workers compensation and general liability coverage that exceeds requirements. A current copy of any and all of our insurance certificates are available upon request.
